Shana's parents and sister are murdered due to her father's involvement with naval research. The government wants no part of her troubles so she is forced to take the law into her own hands. Accounting for additional characters and footage is the fact that actress Shana is in the entertainment industry. So, Shana becomes both the pursuer - intent on avenging her family's death - and the pursued.
