The marriage of a wealthy, outwardly happy couple is threatened by the husband`s alcoholism.
Michael Delaney is an aerospace engineer who loses his job and crawls into the booze bottle. Margie, his incredibly forgiving and understanding wife was forced to move out with their children, but the subsequent discovery that he is seriously ill prompts her to return. A Sensitive, Passionate Man seems to argue that no matter how much emotional damage you incur, everything will be all right if you have your family by your side.
