Two young veterans of the Gulf War have now come half way around the world to fight another war- a war on the streets of their own home town. For these two young sheriffs the war rages on in Miami Beach. They are assigned to capture a pair of murderous stickup artists who use motorcycles as getaway vehicles. It turns out that the robbers aren't just free-lance thugs but are working for a mastermind who keeps his face hidden so they won't know who he is.
