The worlds of hip-hop and kung-fu combined in this movie. Ray is a one man wrecking crew, a martial arts master with a desire for justice. With a pregnant girlfriend at home, Ray roams the streets with his two buddies Rick and Philthy Phil, righting wrongs and protecting the innocent from harm. But when the three cross the powerful and corrupt owners of a group of nightclubs, they may have put themselves and everyone they know in more danger than they can ever battle against. Bustin' rhymes and heads are the twin goals of the heroes in City Dragon.
