Think red and you will imagine danger, love and good luck. But in the eyes of two of China’s most talented modern artists, ‘red’ has layers of meaning that is portrayed in their series of works "Broadcast Exercise" and "Red Memory". This is a story of two artists’ opinion and perspective about China during the Cultural Revolution and China today. Artists Chen Wenling and Ren Si Hong talk about their inspiration for these powerfully witty and amazingly evocative sculptures that speak volumes in their little red postures.Through this documentary, viewers will understand China in a very unique way and see an aspect of China they have not known before.
