Blood Sabbath

A young Vietnam Veteran, David was wandering and camping in the countryside, drifting and homeless. As he sleeps in his camp, a naked group of girls from the drugged-out, drunken revellers attacked him and seemingly wanted to both molest and rob David. He ran and fell into a ravine near a river. The girls flee the scene, thinking they've killed him. A beautiful girl came out of the river and sprinkles water on his face. David woke up and instantly fell in love. The girl, called Yyalah, wanted to stay but cannot for some reason. She said she will return the next day, though.

David wakes up to find he is being looked after by Lonzo, a grizzled old farmer who lives alone. After a few days Lonzo tells him he should move on, but David finds Yyalah again. Yyalah takes him to her cave where she goes when "The Spirits" are angry with her. The red-caped leader of the local coven of witches, Alotta looks on from a hiding place, with interest. Hearing of the couple's love, the evil woman casts a spell to make David fall in love with her. Eventually, Yyalah tells the besotted David that their love can never be - she is a water nymph who does not have a soul. The only way they can be together is if David somehow loses his soul. The lovesick man vows to find a way.

Story

A woman name Arietty comes to a small California town looking for her father (Royal Dano), a prominent artist. Arietty's father's beach house, which is itself one of his artworks, is empty when she arrives, except for the painted figures on all the walls, staring blankly out at Arietty from grey trompe l'oeil cityscapes.

Arietty's father is apparently found dead on the beach by the police. But she did come face to face with her father again. He seems almost to emerge from his painted landscapes. He tells her a story of a tall man -- in black, not in white -- who arrived in town about a hundred years before. He was a survivor of the infamous Donner party. But it was not a human being that came back, it was a bearer of a terrible curse, who spread disaster and death before disappearing into the ocean, vowing to return when the time was right. Now he had returned, bringing the curse back with him to eventually spread across the entire world.

Story

Professor Alexander Saxton (Christopher Lee) is an anthropologist returning home to Europe via the Trans-Siberian Railway bringing with him a 'fossil' in a crate. The 'fossil' is the frozen remains of a primitive humanoid creature, which Saxton is sure is the missing link in the evolutionary chain. Also on board is Dr. Wells (Peter Cushing), another Englishman and a colleague of Saxton's.

Mysterious deaths occur even before the train sets out. A known thief is found dead on the platform after having looked into the crate, bleeding from his eyes, which have turned blank and white. A slightly unbalanced monk (a Rasputin-esque figure, played by the Argentine actor Alberto de Mendoza), who acts as a spiritual advisor to the Count and Countess waiting to board the train, claims that the crate is evil.

Saxton is eager to keep his find a secret from everyone, especially Dr. Wells, but Wells pays the baggage man to look into the crate. When he does, he is also killed by the glowing red gaze of the creature, which escapes the confines of its crate. The murders continue while the humanoid fossil haunts the moving train.

Synopsis

The Thai traditional house was originally a Thai dancing school. Unknown to many, a curse has been placed on the dancing school. When Manote and Jariya, heirs to a millionaire, take over the house, they try to renovate the place and turn it into a resort. They ask Ming, Jai and their close friend, Jenepop who is an architect to help them with the renovations. Because Jenepop posseses the sixth sense, he feels something mysterious and invisible surrounding him all the time. He starts getting visions of Thai female dancers and hears the sound of Thai music. All these factors add up and cause extreme fear in Jenepop who believes that bad things will happen to anyone who tries to change the house.

Synopsis

Synopsis

The Thai horror Taxi Tonight begins with a penniless would-be taxi-driver, keen on firing up his own cab company, who opts to purchase a used vehicle to hire out to patrons. The plan backfires when ominous signs suggest that the cab is possessed by a host of evil spirits - signs that (alongside the typical nightly stress of obnoxious passengers and rotten gratuities) threaten to push the poor man to the brink of utter insanity.

Synopsis

Episode 6 : "Mammoth Journey"

The sixth episode takes place during the last Ice Age. It starts in the peak of the summer. The North Sea has become a grassy plain because the ice at the polar caps has caused the sea levels to drop significantly. Grazing on the plain are herds of Woolly Mammoth, Saiga antelope, and European bison. A clan of humans (Cro-Magnons) is also there spending the summer.

The central focus of the episode is the migration of the herd of mammoth as they travel 400 kilometers from the North Sea to the Swiss Alps for the winter and then back again in the spring.As the mammoth herd migrates south, the episode shows two large deer, the Megaloceros, fighting for rights to a harem of females.

As the male Megaloceros fight, a group of humans ambushes them, killing one. A mother mammoth and her baby are separated from the herd, but survive a stalking Cave Lion. Eventually the herd of mammoth reach the Swiss Alps and the mother mammoth and baby rejoin the herd.The episode also depicts a clan of Neanderthals, who have especially evolved to survive in the cold climate.

One is charged by a Woolly Rhinoceros, but escapes, in part because of his stocky constitution. The climax of the episode is when the clan of Neanderthals attacked the herd of mammoth as they turn back to the north. The Neanderthals are gifted hunters who are able to chase a couple of mammoths off a cliff by using fire and weapons.
